All items are shipped out through Amazon FBA.

We will not accept returns on items where you’ve changed your mind after purchase.

If you receive your purchase and it is the wrong item or is damaged etc, we require photo evidence of the item and its outside packaging ( showing postal info ) After that, we will be more than willing to resend you the item however, as stated above, we do not give refunds (unless you never receive the item that you ordered). A no return/exchange policy is implemented if wrong size is concern.
